AP&CO Quality Garments 2014
Interior Design
Alferano, Pesko & Co., Switzerland
The mood at AP&CO can be described as harmonious and unagitated. The former art gallery was transformed into an elegant and spacious sales surface, situated at a well frequented location in the heart of Zurich, only 250 meters from Paradeplatz and Bahnhofstrasse. The boutique has large display windows and a room height of almost 4 meters.
AP&CO offers well-informed men exquisite, individual products and personalized service. The goal was to create a space in which men interested in quality and style would feel at ease. A good cup of coffee and the possibility to relax in the midst of urban hectic are elements of the concept. A carefully curated range of fashionable clothing, accessoires, and design treasures from chosen manufacturers is the result of AP&CO's quest for testimonials to masculine clothing culture, products that have stories to tell. And nonetheless cost no more and no less than the price of quality, with focus placed on select and highly credible brands, thought-through private labels and accessoires as well as a surprising choice of spirits, frangances, magazines, tools, and books.
Grisons mountains sports and casualwear expert, Nico Pesko; Zurich made-to-measure specialist, Reto Caprez; and renowned Swiss fashion journalist, Jeroen van Rooijen, are the founders of AP&CO. These three garment and fashion experts each have their very own outlook on fashion, with Caprez contributing the sartorial touch, Pesko his retail competence, and van Rooijen a claim towards zeitgeist and edginess.
